The Fitnessclub Delft is the place to be for group lessons! All of our lessons are freestyle lessons, which means that every lesson is different. This way we keep it fun and varied.
Just like with fitness, our group lessons focus on fun, good guidance and working on your health. Do you want to be put to work in a Step lesson? We've got you covered! Do you want to combine dancing with movement? Try a Zumba class. Or alternate weekly. We have a varied range of group lessons such as Yoga, Step, Pump, Jumping Fitness, Aerobics, BoxFit, FitCore, Bodyshape, Pilates and BBB. Our instructors guide the lessons and can also advise you on the lessons that suit you best, optionally combined with a fitness workout.
